.Net: Missing version on Nuget Gallery for Microsoft.SemanticKernel.Connectors.PgVector

I am encountering an error when using VectorSearchOptions in my PgVector implementation.

While this issue is resolved in version 1.75.0, that version is currently unavailable on the NuGet Gallery.

Is it possible to release this version?
